ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ANIMAL LEAVES THE PREMISSES EXCEPT
FOR HEREDITARY HEALTH REASON.
A) I understand that Vicky Lanier will guarantee the animal to be in good health
at the time of the sale only. She will not give a refund in the form of cash
should the animal be diagnosed by at least two LICENSED VETERINARIAN as
unhealthy but will exchange for a puppy of the same value if it is available, if
not she will replace the puppy within 12 months. To qualify I must have the
animal inspected within 48 hours (2 Days) of purchase. If the puppy is found to
be unsuitable for sale for major health reasons (not anything that can be
treated with antibiotics or surgery i.e. URI, Coccidia, Giardia,Kennel cough,Ear
mites), I must return the puppy within 24 hours of the examination. I must
bring a certified explanation from the veterinarian stating the reason(s) the
puppy was found to be not suitable for sale. Vicky Lanier will have the puppy
examined by her on veterinarian to confirm that the findings are correct and
that the puppy was not harmed in anyway. * Shipping will be my responsibility
and will not be credited only the value of the puppy. Herediatary Health
Guarantee is good for up to 6 months from the puppy’s birthday.
B) I can not sell or trade this puppy if I do this contract is revoked and will no
longer be valid.
C) I must keep my puppy healthy and up to date with shots and worming that
includes feeding premium food (Eukanuba,Iams, Royal Canin) and veterinary
care if I don’t this contract will be null/void.
D) I understand that Vicky Lanier will not pay any veterinarian bills that may
have accrued.
E) I understand that Vicky Lanier does not guarantee against Parvo, Corona,
Giardia, Distemper or any bacterial viruses.
F) SIZE OF DOG AND COLOR WHEN GROWN CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED.
G) This puppy is sold as pet or companion not for breeding we DO NOT
GUARANTEE THE FERTILITY OF THIS PUPPY.
H) Vicky Lanier will not accept the return of the puppy for the following
reasons:
Allergy, landlord-tenant, marital, or other problems not related to the health or
life of the puppy for any other reason not specifically set forth herein.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CONDITIONS
PLEASE CALL A VETERINARIAN OF YOUR CHOICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT
PLEASE TAKE YOUR WARRANTY WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF VISIT AND
FOLLOW
HIS ADVICE CONCERNING FUTURE MEDICAL PROGRAM OF YOUR PUPPY
Please take care of your new family member and never not even for a minute
leave your puppy or dog in a car unattended these could be fatal.
I, as purchaser have read and approved the above Warranty. I understand that
there are no oral representations or warranties not contained herein and that
this written Warranty contains the entire agreement between the parties. All
implied warranties are hereby excluded. Any litigation filed must do so in
Bowie County, Texas.
